Thank you for choosing our studio for your permanent makeup services! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment:

 

 

• Clients must be at least 18 years old.

 

• It is essential to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to booking. Clients with uncontrolled diabetes, pregnant individuals, or those undergoing certain medical treatments may not be eligible for permanent makeup.

 

• If you have previous permanent makeup work, a consultation is required to assess suitability.

 

 

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

 

• Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please schedule in advance to secure your desired time slot.

 

 

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

 

• We allow only one reschedule per appointment. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.

 

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

 

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, as it can disrupt other clients’ appointments.

 

• New clients will need to complete a consent form with medical history questionnaire before their procedure.

 

 

• No coffee on the procedure day. Avoid blood thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for 2 days prior to your appointment. No alcohol within 24 hours of the procedure.

 

• Do not book appointments within 2 weeks of vacations, chemical peels, or cosmetic procedures in the treatment area.

 

• Ensure the skin in the treatment area is free of active acne, sunburn, or irritation.

 

 

• Keep your brows dry for 48 hours.

 

• Don’t rub your eyebrows; gently clean with warm or cold water. Use face soap only after scabs fall off naturally.

 

• Avoid applying skincare products, sunscreen, makeup, or foundation on your brows.

 

• Stay out of direct sunlight; wear a hat if outside.

 

• Avoid swimming or sauna for 10 days.

 

• Apply a thin layer of ointment if dry or itchy, morning and night until scabs come off.

 

 

Healing generally takes 7-10 days.

 

• Days 2-3: Brows will look darker, this is normal.

 

• Days 4-6: Scabbing may start, causing a light and patchy appearance. Do not pick at scabs, they will fall off naturally.

 

• After scabs come off, wait 2 more weeks for the color to blend and reappear.

 

• Expect the final result to be 30% lighter and 20% thinner.

 

 

• A touch-up session is recommended 4-8 weeks after the initial appointment to perfect the results.

• Touch-up fees are separate and apply only to our returning clients. Please refer to the touch-up pricing for details.

 

• We do not offer touch-ups for work done by other artists. Clients with prior permanent makeup are considered cover-up or correction services and will require a consultation before scheduling.
